How do I know which peel is right for my skin?
Don't worry, it's our job to begin with an assessment of your skin concerns and prescribe which peel is best for you.
What is included in this treatment?
Our Hollywood Peel includes a skin consultation, cleansing, extracting and a possible Dermaplane or DiamondGlow treatment to help prep the skin before we apply a customized Vi Peel.
How long will I Peel for?
Day 1: Peel application begins. Client is sent home with the peel on and is instructed to wash off the application four hours later. The skin will not yet show visible signs of peeling. Aftercare is provided.
Day 2: Client may experience some tightness and light flaking.
Day 3: Peeling begins.
Day 4: Heaviest peeling day.
Day 5: Peeling will start to ease up.
Day 6: Residual flaking may be present.
Day 7: Bright and healthy new skin!
What should I avoid?
- Please avoid excessive sweating for 48 hours.
- Avoid sun exposure for 14 days.
- Makeup is allowed. We prefer tinted sunscreen!
- Avoid steam rooms & saunas.
- Avoid picking, rubbing or peeling.
